Team TechSavvy
You are now part of Team TechSavvy.
Your application and capabilities were reviewed before you were approved to provide services through the network. The organizations you support across the Philadelphia tri-state area are counting on that standard, and it is what makes this a network worth belonging to.
What membership means
A network, not a job board.
Team TechSavvy is the community of approved professionals who do the work. Membership is not a listing you bought or a profile you filled in. It reflects a review you passed, and it stays meaningful because the network stays selective.
Opportunities are matched based on factors such as approved capabilities, service area and the needs of the assignment. When you are onsite, you represent TechSavvy and the standard the organization expects.
How the network works
What to expect as a member.
- Opportunities matched to your approved capabilities and service area
- Organizations only: businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, government and public organizations, MSPs and partners
- Onsite first, with remote and video-assisted work where it genuinely fits
- You decide whether an opportunity fits before you accept it
- Opportunities to provide feedback and help shape how the network develops
The standard we hold
What we ask of each other.
- Show up when you said you would, or tell someone early
- Explain the problem in plain language, without jargon
- Stay inside the capabilities you're approved for, and speak up when an assignment falls outside them
- Document what you did so the organization has a clear record
- Treat every site like the organization depends on it, because it does
Where the community is heading
Built to grow with its members.
Today, Team TechSavvy is the network of approved providers and the standard you share. As the network grows, the community is intended to include:
Welcome materials
What to expect on your first assignments and who to contact.
Recognition
Work that goes well, named and not just logged.
Referrals
A way to pass along work that fits another member's capabilities.
Training opportunities
Shared knowledge across capabilities and specialties.
Team events
Chances to meet the people you work alongside.
